A year ago today I was in Africa capturing the magnificent scenery and wildlife that only Africa can offer. During my stay at Notten's Camp in Sabi Sands Game Reserve, I enjoyed a leisure shoot one afternoon just off the deck of our camp into the wild where an elephant spent an hour or so around the Marula tree. My favorite shot is this one, titled REACH. As I watched this elephant extend his reach to get the Marula fruit & nuts, I realized this clever fellow knows that the sweetest fruits are on the outer limbs. May this image inspire you as it does me to challenge yourself beyond what you think possible or even capable to REACH for the sweetest fruits in your life.
